Things have changed! Saturday morning at the Market now includes jams, honey, hearth-baked breads and fine pastries, perennials, cut flowers, organic vegetables and so much more! Take the time to chat with vendors who will share recipes, planting recommendations and cooking tips. Also, plan to visit with several friends since the number of people attending this weekly event has continued to grow over the last few years. It's a Saturday tradition! The Farmers' Market takes place every Saturday, 9am to 2pm, June 5th through October 9th (except Venetian Festival Weekend - July 17th). The Market is located in Lake Bluff Park on Lake Blvd. between Broad and Pleasant Sts.

Rules and Regulations 2010 St. Joseph Today Farmers’ Market
1. Produce, including dried floral arrangements, MUST BE HOMEGROWN BY YOU. Purchasing from wholesale markets and reselling will not be tolerated. NO EXCEPTIONS. Violators are subject to immediate removal and from all future markets without refund.
2. Vendors must be ready to sell by 9:00 am. You may stay past the posted market closing time. Rain or shine – no rain dates/locations. This is an open-air market – no tents or shelter provided. 3. No LARGE handwritten signs unless pre-approved by St. Joseph Today. 4. Booths and merchandise must be clean at all times. You must clean up your area after each market. 5. No contaminated, spoiled or unwholesome goods may be displayed or sold. 6. Vendors selling pre-packaged consumables must provide to St. Joseph Today a certificate verifying the use of a licensed kitchen with your application – NO EXCEPTIONS. 7. Prohibited items: live animals, arts and crafts, bottled water or soft drinks unless YOU bottle them in a licensed kitchen. Coffee, tea and any other “handmade” drinks for sale must come from a licensed kitchen. 8. All seasonal vendors will be assigned a permanent space. Seasonal vendors must be paid in full in order to be assigned a spot in the market. 9. St. Joseph Today reserves the right to revoke selling permission to any vendor.
