Two fully-furnished, independent rental units, each with its own entrance.  Two and three bedroom units available.  Each unit has a living room and dining area, full bath, window AC and a fully functional kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.  A washer and dryer are located in the basement.  All necessary kitchen utensils, a charcoal grill, bed linens, cable TV, DVD player and internet access are provided.  All units are pet and smoke free and each includes two off-street parking spaces.
